Contribute to the ReggaeID database

Create a ReggaeID Account:

It will soon be possible for account holders to subscribe to a My Collection service allowing them to track the songs and albums on ReggaeID that they have in their own collection. When My Collection is running, you will be able to 'switch off' the releases that you aren't tracking – instantly turning ReggaeID into your own personal database!

Although a subscription fee will normally be required to use this service please note that free subscriptions will also be provided to account holders who contribute to the ReggaeID database. The number of new songs entered into the database will be automatically tracked for each account holder, and will go towards users earning free six-month subscriptions.

We are currently tracking new songs submitted into the database for registered users, so it is important that you create an account and start contributing straight away!

Remember to keep a record of your username, as you will want to enter this on any completed template that you submit. Any templates provided without a username will still be entered into the database, but they will not be tracked for any user.

How to Contribute:

To submit changes to any song on this site, first click the title of that song, then click the 'Update Song Info' link that appears on the next page. Or you can submit new songs individually through this form.

Alternatively, there are currently two Microsoft Excel templates that you can use to submit songs and albums to the database:

Note: you can also use the songs template to submit corrections to songs already in the database. There is a ReggaeID code column in the template where you can enter a song's unique ReggaeID number. To find this number for a particular song you see on ReggaeID, just click the name of that song and you will see the number on the next page.
